schwäbische Frikadellen (engl. meatballs)

1 kg minced meat mixed
4 rolls, old
3 onions
3 eggs
Parsley, fresh
Chives, fresh
Salt and pepper
Oil, for frying

Rolls in water. Onions, parsley and chives are cut small (very small). Wring rolls and twitch them small.

Mix minced meat, onions, parsley, chives, rolls and eggs in a large bowl and flavor it well.

Form small balls and squeeze them down and then fry in oil.
